One to One Life Coaching with Me

ADHD  and/or Addiction Recovery Coaching
 

Coaching with me is a highly personalized process which focuses on your needs.  Whether for ADHD or for Addiction Recovery or both, my Coaching is less about my approach and more about your needs.

Coaching seeks to Uncover exactly what’s getting in your way, to re-unite you with your strengths and values and the parts of your life that have been lost to you, such as your purpose, ambition, agency, self confidence and self esteem.

So much of what impacts the ADHD Mind and body can be in part a result of Draining habits and lack of understanding of what our brains and bodies need to thrive.

In order to give you back that renewed Energy and Drive we often begin by addressing any energetic shortfalls or draining habits and tweaking to give you the best chance at succeeding

During the Discovery Call we discuss your unique needs and I create a customized Coaching proposal that is geared towards your needs versus a set Coaching Package approach.

How it works:

All One to One Coaching Begins with the Intake Phase

This is typically Three to Four x 60 minute 1-1 Coaching sessions, but this varies depending on your needs.

By the end of the Intake month we will have;

-Identified all the Aspects of your Life that are in Crisis using the Wheel of life Coaching Tool.

-Clarify your ultimate Goals for each of the Aspects of your life we identified in step one 

-Identified which Aspects are your Top Priorities.

-Identified the areas of your life  ( using  my Mind Body Quiz )  where there are  Nutrition, Sleep or Energy gaps that may be making your ADHD worse.

 -Defined a Personal plan for closing the gaps in your Mind Body aspect.

After the Intake month we drop to a typical cadence of 3 x 45 minute sessions monthly

During this next phase we begin Coaching you around the Goals you set in the Intake month.

Identifying action steps as well as any obstacles and offering you the support you need to make sure you’re able to take those action steps with confidence and motivation!

We Coach typically between four months to six months or anywhere up to a year, depending on your needs.

We regularly check in on the progress made since we first measured your aspects in month one and recalibrate priorities as you make progress.

Coaching Calls Structure.

The first Month of Coaching is: 4 x 60 minute 1-1 Coaching sessions.

In the subsequent Months We typically hold 3 x 45 min sessions per month ( 3 weeks on 1 week off ) This frequency gives enough consistency to generate momentum, with enough space between sessions to incorporate any new skills and habits.

Regular Weekly Sessions Consist of;

-Check in’s on progress made or challenges encountered. 

-Agreeing the Coaching focus for today’s session. 

– Coaching, Reflection, Brainstorming.

-Designing Actions.

-Coaching you through any barriers to follow through. 

-Checking for in between session supports needed.

The One to One Coaching with me Includes;

All in-between session check-ins. ( via Signal App )

These check ins are invaluable to your success and a huge part of what sets Life Coaching apart from other therapies. Giving you continuous support, encouragement and guidance, while holding you accountable for whatever tasks you’ve set for yourself that week.

Periodic Goal reviews. 

During our time together, we will periodically circle back to your baseline Wheel of Life to measure your progress so far and recalibrate any gaps in the Coaching. These reviews allow us to make sure you’re on track for your goals and course-correct when you’re not. 

A Shared Google Drive to share resources, systems and handouts.

All the Resources, Handouts, Assessments, Ebooks or Workbooks needed to support the changes & habits needed to overcome challenges & reach your Goals

Investment:

The Cost of One to One Coaching.

 

The Intake Month;

 

Includes 4 x 60 minute sessions, as above. $855.00 + tx*  

The following months of 3 x 45 minute sessions are:

$480.00 + tx*

Sober Companion Coaching Costs will be Quoted on a situational basis.

 

To Ensure you get my undiluted attention I limit how many 1-1 clients I Coach per month and year. This means there can sometimes be a waitlist of anywhere between 2 weeks- 1 -2 months.

This  part of your Journey begins with a Complimentary Discovery call. 

This call Ensures we’re a good fit for each other & that your challenges and goals are coachable at this time.
